This pre-season the Toronto Dingos Football Club have enlisted the guidance of JJ High Performance, a leading fitness and performance training organization, to help with player development, standardize fitness and promote fitness in all aspects of life.

Head Coach Justin Robertson was excited about the opportunity this presented for the group.
"A number of our players were already following Jack's Instagram page and incorporating his running sessions and weights sessions into their own programs and seeing great results,” he said. “By signing up with Jack, it will give the rest of the club access to this excellent set of training programs. It is always extremely difficult in the off-season and pre-season, especially for our Canadian players, to know what type of training they should be incorporating to excel at Aussie Rules. This training program from Jack will take this uncertainty away and allow them to focus on improving their athletic conditioning and football skills.”

AFL-specific programming plays a crucial role in preparing players to perform at their best, and I’m confident the players will see significant improvements come game-time. Through this collaboration, the Toronto Dingos and JJ High Performance are united in their mission to empower athletes to succeed both on and off the field.
